is time to get your Kings Glen 2017-2018 school yearbook. You can preorder our KG Yearbook online at using school code 13277218. The cost
this year remains the same at $18, with no additional online fees. Use
the online system and reserve your student’s yearbook to be delivered in June.

Attendance Matters!
Please report absences/late arrivals by either leaving a message on the attendance line at 703-239-4040 or by emailing KGNotes@fcps.edu. Both are monitored continuously throughout the day by the school office and are the best ways to make sure that the school gets your message even if the teacher is absent on the day of your student's absence.
School Health Services Survey
The Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD) employs school health aides and public health nurses who provide school health services to the students in Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). To determine the quality of these services, a survey has been developed by the FCHD to be shared with all parents or guardians and school staff members who interact with the school health rooms. This may include principals, school counselors, and main office staff members. The survey has been approved for distribution by the FCPS’ Internal Survey Advisory Committee. The survey will take less than five minutes to complete and will provide the FCHD with valuable information. Your participation in this important endeavor is appreciated.

Are you ready to run? Ready to learn about nutrition and proper running technique? Then join the Kings Glen RunFit Kidz
spring team, brought to you by KPKG PTA! The spring program starts Thursday,
April 5th and runs for 7 weeks. Registration opened on February 23.

March 9: PTA Family Fitness Night at Kings Glen, 6-8 p.m.
March 26-30: Spring Break
April 2: Student Holiday/School Planning Day
April 13: 2-Hour Early Release (students dismissed at 1:25 p.m.)
