Parents,
We wanted to send this message to remind everyone about the current safety/security protocols in place at Poplar Tree and to ask for your help to ensure that everyone is following the rules.
- Exterior doors are locked and should
NOT be propped open prior to 6pm on school days.
- All visitors must ring the bell and then
come directly to the main office to check in.
- You need a government issued ID in order
to check in.
- Please do not prop or hold the doors to
allow others to just come into the building.
The safety of our students and staff is of utmost
priority to us at Poplar Tree. We know that your children are your most
precious gifts and we need to work as a team to ensure the safest possible environment.
