Dear
Island Creek Families,
The
Island Creek PTA BINGO and Silent Auction will be held on March 9th.
This is one of the PTA’s biggest fundraisers and we need the entire school to
help make this event a success!
Donations
are needed for the following themes:
- Preschool
classes: CRAFT TIME (scrap booking items, paint brushes, etc)
- Kindergarten
classes: SNUGGLE UP AND READ (books, blankets, etc)
- First
Grade classes: FUN IN THE SUN (beach items, gift cards, etc)
- Second
Grade classes: GAME NIGHT (board/electronic games, gift cards, etc)
- Third
Grade classes: HOME IMPROVEMENT (yard tools, gift cards, etc)
- Fourth
Grade classes: MOVIE NIGHT (movie tickets, gift cards, snacks, etc)
- Fifth
Grade Classes: IN THE KITCHEN (kitchen tools, gift cards, etc)
- Sixth
Grade Classes: GET ACTIVE (Exercise items, gift cards, etc)
Although each grade level has suggested
items, any and all NEW donations are welcome and the committee will decide
where to use them among the 15 bingo games, 30 raffles and silent auction.
In
addition, here are some other ways you can help:
- Donate a gift card from your favorite store, Movie
Theater or restaurant.
- Donate new gifts you do not need.
- Donate empty baskets.
- Do you own a business? Donate a basket featuring
your products or services.
Please send all donations in by March 2nd.
For your convenience, you can send donations in with your student. There
will be donation bins outside the classrooms.
This is a great family event that
raises important funds for our school. Everyone has a blast!
