Stone Middle School's New Assistant Principal

I am pleased to announce that Philip Hudson will be our new Assistant Principal at Stone Middle School. Mr. Hudson is a proud product of Fairfax County Public Schools. He grew up in Herndon and graduated from Oakton High School. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University, Mr. Hudson began his teaching career at Providence Elementary school before transferring to Rachel Carson Middle School.  In August 2011, he accepted the position of Assistant Principal at Rachel Carson Middle School, where he supervised Science, Special Education, Fine and Performing Arts, World Languages, ESOL and CTE.  Mr. Hudson is thrilled to be joining the dynamic Stone Middle School community and will work tirelessly to ensure academic growth for all students while supporting our faculty and staff.

In his free time, Mr. Hudson enjoys time with his wife and two children.  He enjoys watching all DC Sports Teams. We are excited to welcome Phil Hudson to Stone Middle School starting January 8, 2018!
