Impact Aid Student-Parent Survey forms were sent home in your
child’s backpack on Tuesday, October 31st.
Please return the completed, signed and dated survey NOW, they were due November 3rd.
100% participation is critical for obtaining our fair share of federal funding.
The process is easy. If sections 2 through 4 of the survey
do not apply to you, just check section 5 box, sign, date, and return the
form.

Lanier Middle School
Rising 7th Grade Course Selection Activities
As Lanier Middle School begins the course registration
process for rising 7th graders, we would like to share information
about some upcoming events. We are eager to share this information with all
students and families who have Lanier as their base middle school.
December 6 and 7 - Elementary School Visits to Lanier
Over the span of two days, December 6 and 7, Lanier will
host all feeder elementary schools for a field trip to Lanier from 10:00am –
11:30am to learn more about the elective course offerings. All feeder
elementary school teachers and counselors will be given more information about
the field trips.
February 1 - Lanier Curriculum Night
On February 1 (snow date February 5) from 6:00pm – 8:00pm,
Lanier will be open for Curriculum Night so that students and parents can tour
the building, see classrooms, and talk with teachers and students about core
and elective course offerings.
Lanier Counselor Visits to Elementary Schools
In December and January, Lanier Counselors will visit feeder
elementary schools to go over the course selection process with students and
answer questions ahead of the February 7 course selection sheet deadline.
