 Does
your child have a winter coat, a pair of gloves? Many Longfellow families
struggle to buy winter clothes and pay electric or medical bills, let alone
purchase holiday meals or gifts for their children. Please donate now to Longfellow Love to help our families in need prepare for the upcoming two-week Winter Break.
We have raised almost $4,000 so far this year, and we are hoping
to raise another $3,000 to get through the holidays. Your donation will make an immediate impact on a Longfellow family, so please consider donating $25,
$50, $100, or more! Again, ALL FUNDS go directly to the families for their holiday
expenses.
How can you help? There are 3 ways to
donate:
-
- Drop
off the checks written to Longfellow PTA in the Longfellow Love collection box
in the front office, or
- Drop
gift cards in the Longfellow Love collection box in the front office.
Please donate by Tuesday, December 12.
THANK YOU to all of our Longfellow parents that donated generously to Longfellow Love
over the last few weeks. We were able to purchase 75 Safeway gift cards which
our counseling staff will distribute to our families in need to assist with
their Thanksgiving meals.
