PTA Bingo Night Friday, November 17
Bingo Night is always a fun event for our Ravensworth Families! Please consider attending Bingo Night on Friday, November 17. Pre-ordered pizza will be available from 6 pm to 7 pm in the cafeteria, and bingo will be from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. Family Life Education Parent Preview Night
Wednesday, November 15, at 5:30pm in the Library, Ravensworth
will host a Parent Preview Night for the Family Life Education (FLE)
instruction that will take place over the coming months in all grade levels. Teachers will be on hand to discuss the grade level FLE curriculum with you. This is a PARENT ONLY meeting.

Ms.Archibald's 4th Grade
In all grade levels, math word problems can be tricky for students! Ms. Archibald helps students transfer their reading skills to math word problems so her students can easily figure out what the mathematical word problem is essentially asking them to do.

Reminder: Impact Aid Form
Quick reminder that Impact Aid forms are due to your child's teacher by November 17. We are grateful for the many forms that have already been returned, and are hoping for a 100% return date by November 17. Thank you for your cooperation with this Federal Requirement.
Is Homework a Hassle in Your House?
Ravensworth's Mental Health Team and FCPS Parent Liaison, Melanie Crosby Hardy, are presenting a parent information session about homework. Topics discussed will be ideas to build motivation, steps to homework success, time management, and more!
The Helping Children with Homework session will be Thursday, November 16 at 5 pm in the Ravensworth Library.
