Now What? After the Parent-Teacher Conference

Now that you have completed your parent-teacher conference here are a few tips to continue your home-school partnership.

Praise your child's efforts to improve.
Share appropriate information with your child.
Plan on how you, your child, and the teacher will work together.
Set goals.
Be consistent and follow through on the teacher’s suggestions.
Let the teacher know how the suggestions are working.
