WINTER
SPORT TRYOUT PROCEDURES
All students trying out for a winter sport must
turn in the following required paperwork by November 3, 2017 to Heather
Murphy and get a pass.

What is a pass?
It is written slip of paper. This is how
your Coach is notified that you have turned in all the required paperwork.
Coaches will not accept paperwork. They
will only accept the pass from Ms. Murphy.
Stop by Audlob anytime 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on October 27, or 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on November 1, or 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on November 3 to obtain
your pass.
If I played a fall sport, do I need
to get a pass?
YES. ALL students will need a pass.
Fall athletes can email Ms Murphy (include name and sport) for a pass and can
skip the line.
If I already turned my physical in, do I have to get a
pass?
YES. All students will need a pass to
verify they have turned in the required paperwork.
What if I don’t know if I am going to
play a sport in the winter?
Stop by and get a pass just to make
sure.
Can I get a pass on another day,
other than October 27, November 1, November 3?
If you have a conflict or issue, please email Ms. Murphy to make sure
you get to tryouts on time!
