Halloween Howl
The Halloween Howl is
right around the corner!
We will hold this event
on October 27th from 6:30-8:30. Activities include Trunk or Treat (some
families will decorate their cars and give out goodies to the kids), face
painting, a Monster Mash, cake walks and food.
Avoid long lines!
Advance ticket sale forms will be coming home in your child’s folder.

Community Outreach Program

Food Program. Your donations provide weekend food provisions to students
in need in our own community. Please drop off your food donations at Olde Creek's front
office during regular office hours by Thursday, October 26th.

Walk to School Day –
October 26
Olde Creek will be
celebrating Walk to School Day on Thursday, October 26. This event is paired
with our Bike to School event in the Spring as a way to encourage alternate
modes of transportation, to teach safe pedestrian skills, and to have fun. If
your student lives too far or is unable to walk all the way to school, they can
meet up with their classmates at a designated spot nearby and walk from there.
Outdoor Clean Up Day

big THANK YOU goes out to all of our students, families, and staff members who
came out last Saturday for our Outdoor Clean Up Day. Our outdoor classroom
behind the library looks great!
Gently Used Sports Equipment Donations
A former Olde Creek student is collecting gently used sports equipment donations for Leveling the Playing Field, an organization that redistributes donated sports equipment to those in need through schools, athletic leagues, after school programs, and other structured opportunities for play.
Please bring your equipment donations to the school lobby next week (October 23-27). There will be a bin located near the front doors. You can also bring donations with you to the Halloween Howl on Friday, October 27. Feel free to contact the school with any questions. Thank you for your support!
