Laps for Learning is on Saturday! - Final Details
Good Afternoon!
The big day is almost here! Laps for Learning is on Saturday morning! It is going to be a great event
and we are excited for a wonderful day with the Olde Creek community. Here
a few reminders that will make it a fun and safe morning for everyone.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive at 7:30. The event
will begin at 8:00 but this will allow ample time to check in by grade
level and receive your bib at the registration tables.

Parking: The school parking lots and the roads
immediately in front of the school will not be available for parking.
Please use Old Creek Drive, Pickett Rd, Nutwood Way, and other surrounding
streets. We ask that families needing to make a quick getaway from the
event due to other commitments that morning please park on the
outskirts of the race so that they are not blocked in by the participants
and will limit any possible congestion.

Weather: It looks like it will be a great day with sunny skies that will be great for a morning run.

Spirit Wear: If you would like, please wear an Olde Creek t-shirt, a previous
years Laps t-shirt, or red to the event!

Donations: All donations will be collected the week
following Laps. Students will receive an envelope from their
classroom teacher in school. Money will not be collected on Saturday
morning.
We are looking
