PTA ANNOUNCEMENTS
The PTA
(Parent-Teacher Association) Board and I look forward to meeting you at our
first meeting on Thursday, September 28 at 6:30pm in the Library. Here is a
snapshot of the meeting:

COOKIE DOUGH
FUNDRAISER for TECHNOLOGY
STARTS SEPTEMBER 25 – Be sure to ask your student for
your Cookie Dough Fundraiser brochure and order form on September 25! Your family and guests will enjoy these
fresh, home-baked cookies in many delicious flavors and varieties. This
is our primary fundraiser for the year and we need every family’s support. All
proceeds from the Cookie Fundraiser will be used for school technology needs
that will benefit all students. Orders are due October
13.
RCMS STUDENT
DIRECTORY OPT-OUT FORM DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 29
– The RCMS PTA is compiling the 2017-2018 Student Directory with contact
information for all RCMS students. Student Directories will only be distributed
to current RCMS PTA members and NOT sold individually. If you do
not wish for your child’s contact information (name, grade, home address, home
phone, parent names, cell phone, email) to be published in the 2017-2018
Student Directory, you must complete Directory Opt-Out Form. Directory Opt-Out
Forms are available on the PTA website at www.rcmspta.org or the from the school office. Turn
them in at the school front office or at the PTA meeting by September 29. Directory Opt-Out Forms
received after September 29 will not be
honored.
BE A PTA
MEMBER AND RECEIVE A FREE STUDENT DIRECTORY – It’s not too late to join the
PTA! PTA members who join by Nov. 3 will be guaranteed to receive a free
RCMS Student Directory. Student Directories will NOT be sold
individually. After November 3, Student
Directories will be available to PTA Members as supplies last. Contact
information for every RCMS student in the Student Directory is not guaranteed
based on opt-outs received. Join the PTA and make a donation online at www.rcmspta.org or at
the PTA Meeting on September 28.
