from your principals
Parents,
thank you for a fantastic school opening! We are so excited to have your
children back with us! It’s been a great two weeks! We hope that
you’ve witnessed our efforts to communicate more often and inform you of school
happenings! During the first thirty minutes of BTSN, we will share our
strategic plan and year one goals! We look forward to seeing you!
Meet us in the cafeteria for your child's back to school night at 5pm.

12 –Back to school night for Preschool – 2nd grade from 5-7pm

15 - Back to school night for grades 3-6 from 5-7 pm
September
19 - AAP parent information meeting from 9-10 am and again from 5:30-6:30 pm
Hot Topics
PTO
There’s
a buzz of appreciation going around the school! We are so grateful for
the new dry erase boards and the “live” news show (BBES TV)! Two dry
erase boards were installed in every classroom to replace the chalk boards! A
heartfelt THANK YOU goes to our wonderful PTO for
making that happen!
Visitors
When
visiting the school at any time, you must check-in inside the front
office. You will need a photo ID to do so. You can find additional
information on our new school website about school visits.
Safety Drills
Please
remember, you will not be able to check your child out of school during safety
drills. They are conducted throughout the school year and typically last
no longer than 5 to 7 minutes. If you have plans or appointments, please
arrive early. We may ask you to wait a few minutes while we conduct the
drill. We will do our best to accommodate you.
