Welcome Back, Bruins!
We are excited to welcome you back to school on
Monday, August 28!
The marching band practiced during the summer to prepare their show for competition!
School Starts at 8:00am!
Allow for plenty of time to arrive to school on time. The best way for a student to arrive is on the bus! During the school year, cars are not permitted in the bus lanes during morning drop off. There are two Kiss and Ride entrances: one by the Bruin Bear statue in the front of the building and the other by Door 3 off of Lake Braddock Drive.
Safety first! Do not drop your children off randomly on the side of the street. Please adhere to speed limits, stop at crosswalks, and understand that patience is key when navigating the Kiss and Ride until routines are established. We are all in this together! We all want approx. 4300 students and 400 staff members to arrive safely and ready to learn!
Seniors will be allowed to park on campus through September 8. Starting September 12, parking permits will be enforced. Students are allowed to park only in numbered places. Any illegal or unsafe parking may be ticketed.
Attendance will be taken the first week of school. Follow the attendance procedures outlined on the website should your child be absent.
