Bus Schedules
The bus schedules for the 2017-18 school year are now posted on Blackboard under the Library. Please log on to FCPS 24-7 / Blackboard to find out your bus run number and approximate pick-up / drop off time.
9th grade and New Student Orientation
Buses will be picking up from designated sites (see letter mailed home) about 8:15AM and will drop off at SLHS Door #1. Parents who choose to drop their students off for orientation should do so on the stadium side. Please be sure to follow the directions of staff as there is still construction taking place at the far end of the lot impacting the flow of traffic.
Student Parking Passes
Those students who applied and qualified for a parking pass have been notified. Students should park in the stadium lot the first week and passes will be distributed as soon as we are able to renumber the spaces after all construction is complete.
We will reassess whether additional student parking passes can be issued after the work is complete in all parking lots.
Safety
The configuration of traffic patterns and where construction is on-going changes day to day. If your student rides a FCPS school bus please have them take it. If you must drive your student please plan to arrive early and come with a lot of patience. Kiss and ride is still located on the stadium side. The main office/Seahawk Drive side of the building is for staff and buses only. Your cooperation is needed to ensure we provide a safe campus for students and staff.
