Olde Creek Weekly Update
4th Grade Trip to Mount Vernon
Our 4th
Grade students had a wonderful field trip to Mount Vernon on Friday. The
students had a great time and they were able to experience their Virginia
Studies curriculum in a memorable way. Thank you to all of the teachers,
families, and chaperones who made this trip a reality.
Olde Creek’s 8th Annual SOCK HOP – Friday, March 17

at the door -- Purchase tickets in advance for pick up at Will Call!
Submit the attached form with payment by Monday, March 13. All ticket
orders will be available for pick up at the Will Call table the night of the
Sock Hop.

Olde Creek Vision and Mission Input
Later this
month, the staff at Olde Creek will begin the process of developing a new
vision and mission statement for our school. As a part of that process, it will
be important to have input from all of the key stakeholders that contribute to
our school’s success. We would love to have as much input from the community as
possible to the following statement….Please

We will also be going through a similar process with all of our students
to gather their input. Everyone connected to our school is an important part of

PTA Meeting on April 5
Please mark
your calendar for a PTA General Membership meeting on Wednesday, April 5 in our
library at 7:00 PM. At this meeting, the school leadership team will be giving
a brief presentation about the State of the School where we will highlight many
of the great things that are happening at Olde Creek as well as previewing some
of the initiatives that are planned for the future. We hope to see you there!
