Activity Calendar

The daily activity schedule and club and activity announcements now scroll on flat screens installed in each sub school locker bay. Students may also check here for sign-up instructions and the latest updates.
Spring Athletic Program Updates:
Basketball/8th Grade Boys: Monday, 3/20; Thursday, 3/24
Cheer: Wednesday, 3/29
Field Hockey: Meeting on Wednesday, 3/8 instead of 3/9 this week only!
Football Conditioning: Thursdays; ongoing (Click here for required form)
Students need to check activity the schedule daily for cancellations due to inclement weather and the need for the high school athletic programs to use the field house. All programs sponsored by Robinson high school coaches.
Boys' Basketball
Spring League Tryouts Dates:
Monday, 3/6, Thursday, 3/9, Monday, 3/13 - Change into PE uniform and meet in the gym by 3:00pm

Take the late bus home at 4:40pm
MS Girls' Basketball
Coach Dade will offer a skill based basketball program on Wednesdays, beginning March 8th. Interested students should plan to sign-up on the cafeteria stage during lunch periods each Wednesday you plan to stay.
Wear appropriate athletic attire and meet Coach Dade by 3:00pm in the gym. The program ends at 4:15pm in time to catch the late bus home at 4:40pm.

Classic Cinema Club
Join the Classic Cinema Club in Rm. A114 on Weds., March 8 for the timeless
western, High Noon. A marshal who has
just retired must decide whether or not to face a criminal who has been released
from prison and is out for revenge.
College Partnership Program - 8th Grade Only
The College Partnership Program
(CPP) is accepting applications for new members. CPP supports first generation
and students who are traditionally underrepresented in higher education
explore, apply and enroll in college. CPP is actively recruiting current
8th - 11th grade students who are motivated and will benefit from the support
of this program. For more information about CPP contact Ms. Rashida Williams,
rdwilliams@fcps.edu.
The application deadline is March 31st. Students can
apply online or via a paper application. Paper applications are available
in English, Arabic, Korean and Spanish. See Ms. Robinson, Robinson's CPP advocate,
for more information about the application process and access to paper
applications.
Interested students should plan to attend the after school meetings on Monday, March 6 and Monday, March 20 in A103 to learn about the high school program and/or receive assistance with the application process.

MS Girls' Volleyball

Students should plan to sign-up on the cafeteria stage during their lunch period each day they plan to stay after. Beginners are welcome and students should meet Coach Hughes in the gym by 3:00pm. PE uniform and athletic shoes required. Attend one or both days each week
Robotics Program
Technology Education teacher, Mr.Snyder, will offer a robotics program on Thursdays, beginning March 16th. Interested students need to register for this program as space is limited. Click here for the form and program details.

Yoga
Begins Monday, March 6
