Support the FCPS Honors on June 7, 2017

With over 22,000 employees, FCPS is one of the largest employers in Fairfax County. Every year, excellence in teaching and administration is recognized in a star-studded FCPS Honors event, to be held this year on June 7 at 6:00 pm at Mason's Center for the Arts.

Sponsorships are now available. Your $5,000 contribution allows a top-level executive in your company to present an award to one of our deserving winners! Click here for more information!

Our Programs: Cyber Patriot

The Foundation for FCPS raises funds to assist the school system in achieving some of its strategic initiatives. We are pleased to have funded, with a special grant from the Community Foundation, new Cyber Patriot clubs in 7 middle schools in 2016-17, with 4 more schools slated to come on board in 2017-18. These clubs have made us proud, and have now competed in three Cyber Patriot competition rounds with exceptional results. We will be seeking additional funding and corporate support going forward, with mentors and team coaches. Resource Fairs

The Foundation also raises funds to support back-to-school resource fairs, held in 4 pyramids each August. Resource fairs are a way to bring the school community together for an afternoon. Students receive school supplies, meet teachers and principals, can get haircuts, vision and dental screening, plus the families can visit a showcase of local community groups who are there to help with language services, food, job training, and much more. If you'd like to contribute to this effort, you can make a secure contribution through our donation portal, at this link
