FTA 2023 Certifications and Assurances Available for Execution

The Federal Transit Administration has released the 2023 version of the annual Certifications and Assurances for execution by grant recipients. All DRPT recipients of FTA 5310 assistance must execute the FTA Certifications and Assurances each year in which it applies for an award or amends an existing award.

The 2023 Certifications and Assurances can be executed on DRPTs Online Grant Administration site, "OLGA". Please log into OLGA, select "Grant Applications" then click on the link entitled, "Public Transportation/CAP Applications." Click on the "FTA Certifications & Assurances" located at the top of the page, and follow the instructions to PIN the agreement.
