Selected members will serve a two-year term and make recommendations on revisions to the existing multilingual learner/English learner resources created by the VDOE. Reading Specialist Program The College of William & Mary offers a MAED program and a post-professional online certificate for teachers who would like to add a reading specialist endorsement.
