Multilingual Learners 101 Workshop-January 30 SURN is calling all middle and high school general and special education teachers to join them for this half-day interactive workshop in Norfolk. Endorsement in SPED-General Curriculum Are you interested in adding an endorsement in Special Education-General Curriculum? The University of Virginia School of Education and Human Development is excited to present their online Special Education General Curriculum Graduate Certificate. This Certificate is designed to equip K-12 teachers with the knowledge and skills to address the needs of students with disabilities in the general curriculum classroom. In addition, it meets the requirements to add-on the VDOE Special Education General Curriculum endorsement in grades K-6, 6-8 and Secondary. Master of Science in Counselor Education Learn from dedicated, doctoral-level instructors at Longwood University who bring a wide range of counseling experience to their students. Choose from a track in Mental Health Counseling or School Counseling with an opportunity to gain your LPC. The School Counseling track fulfills the VDOE licensure regulations for school counselors. This is a 60-credit in-person program that can be completed full-time or part-time and includes hybrid, weekend and evening courses.
