Virginia Board of Education 2022 Meeting Schedule
Pursuant to the Board of Education’s bylaws, the Board is pleased to announce its 2022 meeting schedule.
The Board business meeting dates for 2022 are:
- Thursday, January 27
- Thursday, March 17
- Thursday, April 21
- Thursday, June 16
- Thursday, July 21
- Thursday, September 15
- Thursday, October 20
- Thursday, November 17
The standing committee meeting/work session dates for 2022 are:
- Wednesday January 26
- Wednesday, March 16
- Tuesday, April 19 and Wednesday April 20
- Wednesday, June 15
- Wednesday, July 20
- Wednesday, September 14
- Wednesday, October 19
- Wednesday, November 16
All meetings will be held in the Board Room on the 22nd floor of the James Monroe Building, 101 N. 14th Street, Richmond, unless otherwise noted. Meetings will be livestreamed on the VDOE YouTube Channel.
The agendas and meeting materials are posted on the Board of Education's webpage in advance of each meeting.
Notices of all public meetings of the Board of Education are distributed by email and posted on the Virginia Department of Education website. Persons wishing to receive the notices should send their email address to Sonya Broady at Sonya.Broady@doe.virginia.gov.
