Have Your Medicaid Managed Care Members Changed Health Plans?

Virginia’s open enrollment dates have changed, and members’ open enrollment dates now depend on where they live.

Your members may have already experienced changes to their healthcare plan. Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) encourages you to check on the enrollment status of your Medicaid members throughout the year.

You can verify member Medicaid enrollment by using the DMAS MediCall audio response system (1-800-884-9730 or 1-800-772-9996) or the DMAS web-based internet option, available on the Virginia Medicaid Web Portal.
