RE:      DHRM Report Request: EEO Complaint & Grievance Resolution Report

In December 2024, DHRM introduced a new, semi-annual mandatory report: the EEO Complaint & Grievance Resolution Report. The primary goal of this report is to gather high-level data from agencies on the outcomes of internal investigations concerning employee relations issues, specifically related to EEO discrimination complaints and grievances.

The report template (link below) includes two key tabs: “EEO Complaint Report” and “Grievance Resolution Report”. Please download and save the report as “Agency Name EEO _Grievance Report”. You are required to complete both tabs, and detailed instructions for each can be found directly under the respective tabs. This report will be due by February 9, 2026Please submit the report via email to both OWE and EDR. Email addresses for both offices are listed below. If you have any questions regarding the report, please reach out to the respective DHRM unit below:
