RE:       DHRM Report Request: EEO Complaint & Grievance Resolution Report

Dear Agency Directors, 

In December 2024, DHRM introduced a new, semi-annual DHRM report: The EEO Complaint & Grievance Resolution Report. The primary goal of this report is to gather high-level data from agencies on the outcomes of internal investigations concerning employee relations issues, specifically related to EEO discrimination complaints and grievances.

The report template includes two key tabs: “EEO Complaint Report” and “Grievance Resolution Report”. You are required to complete both tabs, and detailed instructions for each can be found directly under the respective tabs. This report will be due by August 8, 2025. Please submit the report using this form. If you have any questions regarding the report, please reach out to the respective DHRM unit below:

• Grievance Report – DHRM Office of Employee Dispute Resolution
