HRD Page-Up Performance Go Live Update
Greetings HR Directors,
PageUp Performance Management is ready! As we communicated last week, DHRM has updated the system.
Highlights Include:
1. Performance Objectives:
- Supervisors must enter at least 3 performance objectives but no more than 5.
- Supervisors must enter the weightings for each performance objective which must total 80%.
2. Competencies:
- Updated to 4: Problem Solving, Judgment, Planning and Organization; Citizen and Customer Interaction; Teamwork and Building Relationships and Coaching; and Communication.
- Competency weighting is 20% total, 5% each. These weights are prescribed in the system and cannot be changed.
3. Self evaluations to include comments and ratings by employees will be required.
Next Steps:
- Agency HR will initiate the Annual Performance Review process.
- Supervisors must create/ review their employee’s Position Descriptions, create performance objectives and meet with the employee to discuss by April 15, 2025.
To Access PageUp:
COV network users will use Single Sign-On to access. If you’re off the network, when prompted for your email and password, you will use the same email and password you use to login to your computer.
Non-COV network users must use their work email address as listed in Cardinal and create a password to login. For first-time login, click "Forgot password" to set up your password.

If you haven’t done so already, please submit the DHRM user access form for employees who will need the Performance Administrator permission in PageUp.
