Performance Management Module Update
February 27, 2025
Greetings HR Leaders,
We are writing to provide an update on the launch of the PageUp performance management module. Based on additional feedback that we have recently received from multiple sources, there are some adjustments we need to make to the system. This will require that the planned February 27, launch be delayed a week or two. We encourage all agencies to work on updating the Position Descriptions in PageUp during this delay so that your agency is prepared when the performance management module comes online.
Updates in progress: All employees will be required to have between three to five performance objectives each year. We will be adding the requirement to rate the performance objectives. These objectives will become 80% of the evaluation. With the addition of rating the performance objectives, we've made the decision to adjust the competencies to four. They will now be weighted as 20% of the evaluation.
