A Note From the Director
Greetings! I'd like to take a few moments to go over some of the specific DHRM projects for 2024. As previously shared during the HR Conference last November, we are working with the Administration to create an Employee Engagement Survey. Thank you to those who have volunteered and shared interest in serving on the focus group to assist with this initiative.
The Diversity Opportunity and Inclusion Plan Memorandum from Chief Diversity Officer, Martin Brown was sent to you on December 21, 2023. Please don't forget your agency's 2023 annual report is due by March 31, 2024 to deidirector@governor.virginia.gov.
DHRM will be relocating to other office buildings on Capitol Square in 2024. More details forthcoming.
We look forward to an exciting year!
