Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center Administrators
The COVLC is NOW available. The COVLC Team is pleased to announce the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC) upgrade is complete and is now available for use by ALL users. Use the Email Template provided last week (attached here as well for your convenience) to notify your users. Please provide them with info on who to contact in YOUR agency for assistance.
Manually Create User Accounts. There is a problem with this function and we are working to get it corrected. Thank you for your patience.
External User Access. For those who depend on the non-state approval console and self-registration please know we are identifying a set of options that your agency can explore to determine how to best manage external user access for your agency. These options will be provided to agencies very soon.
COVLC Domain Administrator Contact information. Please be sure to provide your users with the “who to contact” information for your domain.
COVLC Administrator Training. Many of you are asking questions that have been addressed in the online training. We request that you take the time to enroll in the DHRM – COVLC-V22 Domain Administrator Training Curriculum as many of your questions will be answered by this training. Once you have completed the training, if you still have questions, then please let us know. As a reminder, we have another Q&A Session scheduled for 1/18 from 1 to 2:30pm and are exploring opportunities to add additional Q&A Sessions in the coming weeks.
