Welcome to Michael Morgan, our new Financial Analyst! Michael comes to us with more than 13 years of experience in state government, having served most recently as Cash Management Accountant for the Virginia Lottery. He describes himself as a team player and quick learner. Please join us in extending a heartfelt welcome to Michael as he begins his journey at DHRM.

Employment Dispute Resolution: Congratulations to Rebecca Lightle, who is EDR's new Hearings Program Director. Rebecca has been with DHRM since 2019 and has been integral to EDR's programs since that time. You will find Rebecca to be helpful and knowledgeable, so please reach out with any questions or issues regarding hearings or the grievance process in general.

Health Benefits: Our warm congratulations to Michelle "Shelley" Rozzell, who has been promoted to Program Manager for The Local Choice (TLC) health benefits program. Shelley most recently served as Senior TLC Health Benefits Plans Specialist after working as a Senior State Health Benefits Plans Specialist for five years. Her experience also includes positions at General Electric, the Medical Society of Virginia and Anthem.

Welcome to Aretha Young, new Senior Health Benefits Specialist on the Health Benefits Employee and Retiree Services team! Aretha joins DHRM from Anthem with over 20 years of health benefits experience, primarily with the Commonwealth of Virginia team, servicing both the state and The Local Choice (TLC) populations.
