Jan. 8 – Application opens on VITA website; announcement sent via this listserv
Feb. 20 – Application deadline
March 20 – Virginia Cybersecurity Planning Committee approves project budgeting
March 31 – Applicants notified of decision
April 11 – Applicants acceptance of project award
Eligibility
As a reminder, eligible organizations for this grant include:
- Local governments including county, municipality, city, town, township, local public authority, school district, special district, intrastate district, council of governments, regional or interstate government entities
- Public school districts
- Tribal governments
Nonprofit organizations, private corporations and private educational institutions are not eligible.
