Matoaca District Supervisor Kevin Carroll Town Hall on Marlbank Farms Residential Rezoning Case Rescheduled
Matoaca District Supervisor Kevin Carroll will host a town hall Feb. 11, 6-8 p.m., to discuss the pending Marlbank Farms residential rezoning case, 25SN1153.
The scheduled meeting, which will be held in the Matoaca Middle School cafeteria, 6001 Hickory Road, is a follow-up to a community meeting hosted by the case applicant Dec. 1. The town hall will provide residents an additional opportunity to learn about the proposed rezoning and offer feedback.
Staff from the county’s Planning and Transportation departments, as well as representatives from the School Board and Planning Commission, will be in attendance to answer questions and collect community input.
