Matoaca District Supervisor Kevin Carroll to Host Town Hall on Marlbank Farms Residential Rezoning Case
Matoaca District Supervisor Kevin Carroll will host a town hall Jan. 27, 6-8 p.m., to discuss the pending Marlbank Farms residential rezoning case, 25SN1153.
The scheduled meeting, which will be held in the Matoaca Elementary School cafetorium, 20300 Halloway Ave., is a follow-up to a community meeting hosted by the case applicant Dec. 1. The town hall will provide residents an additional opportunity to learn about the proposed rezoning and offer feedback.
Staff from the county’s Planning and Transportation departments, as well as representatives from the School Board and Planning Commission, will be in attendance to answer questions and collect community input.
