The Cardinal Human Capital Management (HCM) application, including all Employee Self-Service (ESS) functions, will be unavailable to all users from Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 6:30 a.m. through Friday, July 25, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. to support Fiscal Year-End processing. |

- Cardinal HCM will be unavailable during this window.
- Users should plan to enter timesheets, review/print a paystub, or take other actions prior to the outage.

Cardinal Interface - Batch Processing Impacts

Tuesday, July 22: Regular batch schedule (no change).

Wednesday, July 23: No regular batch. Cardinal will not send any extract files.

Thursday, July 24: No regular batch. Cardinal will not send any extract files.

Friday, July 25: Regular batch schedule (no change).
Please Note: Any interface files placed on the Cardinal FTP server on July 23 or July 24 will be processed when regular nightly batch run resumes on Friday, July 25, along with files submitted on that date.
