Join us this Thursday, October 29, at 6:30 p.m. for our free virtual info session with Arlington’s Forestry team!
Do you have questions about how the County cares for public trees, planting more or protecting them as our community grows? Do you want to know how to get free trees planted on your property?
Join our free virtual info session on Thursday, October 29 at 6:30 p.m. We’ll start with a presentation exploring:
-
Caring for our public trees: How the County plants and maintains public trees, and how you can help.
-
Challenges facing our urban forest: Invasive plants, deer, climate change and development.
-
Protecting and growing our canopy: Arlington’s goals and efforts to preserve trees during construction.
-
Trees on your property: Planting programs and resources for residents.
Then, we’ll turn the conversation to your questions.
If you’ve registered, we’ll email you a reminder and session link on event day.
