The turf at Long Bridge Park Field #4 has reached the end of its lifespan and is due for a replacement. Starting in August, Arlington County will replace the existing synthetic turf, update the infill to organic wood fiber, restripe/repaint the field, and replace corner flags.
Construction is expected to begin on or around August 10. During this project, there may be parking impacts and temporary restrictions at the spaces closest to the site for loading equipment. All other fields at Long Bridge Park will remain open.
