Order Your Annual Residential Parking Materials
Dear Arlington RPP customer:
You may now start ordering Fiscal Year 2025-2026 permits and passes.
Tips for Success:

We strongly encourage placing all orders online, at https://rppp.arlingtonva.us, the fastest, most accurate, most efficient application process.
- Approved online applications will require credit-card payment online.
- Applications cannot be placed by phone,but the program customer service center, at 703-228-3344, operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and will assist by answering basic questions about the program and the application process.
- More complicated phone inquiries may be transferred to program administrators who may not be immediately available. If you’re asked to leave a voicemail, please give only your name, phone number and address. Additional details will be covered when your call is returned. You may also email park@arlingtonva.us with questions at any time.
- To obtain a decal, your vehicle must be registered for personal property tax with the County Commissioner of Revenue at the same street address for which you are applying for permits.
- Payment for a permit/pass is requested only after an application is approved. For online applications, look for an approval email sent from the no-reply account "arlington@conduent.com". You may have to check your spam/junk mail folder.
- Expect a four-week turnaround between the processing of your application and the arrival of permits/passes in the mail. Email park@arlingtonva.us if your wait is any longer.
- If you wish to apply for permits/passes via U.S. Postal Service, please request a paper application by emailing park@arlingtonva.us. Keep in mind: It takes additional time to process applications by mail; low-income discount applications cannot be handled by mail.
- In-person customer service will be available at the Bozman Government Center, 2100 Clarendon Blvd., Room 214, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2 p.m.-5 p.m. (any temporary adjustment of hours will be posted at arlingtonva.us/rpp). To save yourself travel time, consider whether your needs can be met through the web application, email, or a phone call.
