Starting TODAY, Tue., Nov. 12, our Nature Centers will expand their hours from three to six days a week. Hours are as follows: Tuesday to Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sunday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., closed on Mondays. Click here to learn more about our nature centers!

Friday Teen Sports Night
Is your teen free on Fridays? Not anymore! Join us at Lubber Run Community Center for Friday Sports Night.
This program is open to middle and high school students.
- 2nd Friday of the month will include full court basketball
- 3rd Friday of the month will include basketball and volleyball
- 4th Friday of the month will include basketball and pickleball.
This is a free drop-in program, no registration required. Activities run from 7-8:45 p.m.

Reptile Feeding Time
Teens ages 12 to 17. Help us feed our turtles and snakes at the Gulf Branch Nature Center on Sat., Nov. 16 from 2-3 p.m. You'll learn about our different species of reptiles, their care and get to see them up close. Free. Registration required.

Teen Takeover: Battle of the DJs!
Get ready for our second Teen Takeover of the school year at Arlington Mill Community Center on Sat., Nov. 16 with a Battle of the DJs. During this event, you and your friends will be able to listen to music, watch a competition judged by professional DJs, and vote for your favorite teen DJ in this exciting competition event! Winter 55+ Registration Opens on Tue., Nov. 19!
Explore the Winter 55+ Guide for three months of exciting activities! We have plenty of programs to keep you active and engaged, including art classes, fitness programs, social events and more. Registration begins on Tues., Nov. 19 at 12 p.m. for Arlington County participants and Thurs., Nov. 21 at 12 p.m. for out-of-county participants. Programs begin in December, but check the 55+ Guide for specific start dates.

- You must pre-register for all programs except those designated as drop-in.
- The 55+ Guide is digital and designed to view online or print at home.
- You may register directly through the online 55+ Guide. Just click on the registration number for the program of your choice beginning Tues., Nov. 19 at 12 p.m.

Winter Stay and Play Registration Now Open!
Winter Stay and Play programs for toddlers ages 12-36 are now open for registration at Fairlington, Langston-Brown or Madison Community Centers. Staff provide organized activities such as story times, crafts, sensory and movement experiences while families and caregivers to supervise their children and create bonds with other families in the community. Registration is required. Accompanying siblings must be registered to attend this program. The session begins Mon., Dec. 2.
Want to know more? Join us for our Open Houses! Stop in for a few minutes or stay a while to tour the space and get to know the staff and programs. Registration is not required.
