We are excited to announce the upcoming PRISM+ training sessions for Employees and Managers that will take place between August 5, 2024 and September 6, 2024. -- For Manager training sessions, please scroll to the second half of this email!
To prepare for PRISM+ training, please review the Basic Navigation materials (video demonstration and user guides) on the PRISM+ AC Training site. By reviewing these materials, you will get a basic understanding of the system before you dive into training.

Sign Up for Training as an Employee
Join Arlington's Human Resources Department for a live demonstration of the new, modernized PRISM+ system that is designed to streamline our daily tasks! These interactive sessions will offer you the opportunity to learn essential PRISM+ skills such as:
- Record your hours
- Submit a HR Helpdesk ticket
- Update your Benefits and Payroll details, and many more!
You will walk away with the understanding of the many new features that come with this upgrade and access to self-paced reference materials to use when trying it yourself for the first time.
Please review the schedule below and register for the session that best fits your schedule. Hybrid classes will allow attendees to participate via Teams (virtually) or In Person at a specific location (Bozman Board Room, Sequoia 1 Auditorium, Trades – PNR Conference Room).

- Talent Management
- Time & Labor
- Absence Management

Please note: Not all classes are available for all users. Some classes are targeted at (and limited to) users that have very specific responsibilities.
