 May 29: Developmental Employment Summit
Arlington County’s Developmental Services is hosting a Summit to raise awareness about employment interests, abilities, and job supports for those with developmental disabilities.
This is NOT a job fair, nor recruitment event, no on-the-spot interviewing or hiring. The goal is to educate about people with developmental disabilities, their untapped contributions to the workforce, and the supports and resources (i.e., job coaches, job development, etc.) that aide in their successful employment. May 29, 9:30-2:30 at DHS.
