Updated Collection Schedule for Jan. 19-20

Curbside trash, recycling, and yard waste/organics collection is now canceled for today, Jan. 19, due to inclement weather and road conditions.

The County’s contractor will have additional trucks and crews tomorrow, Jan. 20, to service customers who are on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday routes. If you have not received collection services this week, place your trash and recycling carts out tomorrow for curbside collection to be picked up as weather and road conditions allow.

It’s possible that not all customers may receive service even with additional collection resources. Please do not report a missed collection if you do not receive service. Your trash, recycling and organics carts will be picked up on your regularly scheduled collection day next week. Make sure to break down large boxes and other materials in your recycling cart to maximize space.

Organics collection will not take place this week. Brush collection requests will be fulfilled on Saturday as road conditions allow. Customers can also place brush to be picked up during their next regularly scheduled collection day.
