Early voting locations for the November 8 General Election will open at Courthouse, Madison Community Center, and Walter Reed Community Center on Tues., October 25. All Arlington voters are eligible to vote early at any location. Please be aware that hours may vary.

Traffic Updates for Annual Marine Corps Marathon
The 47th Annual Marine Corps Marathon is happening Sun., October 30. Stay up to date on road closures and traffic changes from Arlington County Police Department and law enforcement partners to accommodate the event.

Schedule your appointment for a free COVID-19 bivalent booster, available through Arlington County Public Health. No walk-ins will be allowed.
- With cooler weather and more indoor activities coming, you can get tested for COVID-19 at no cost at one of the County’s walk-up kiosks. Rapid at-home tests are also available at pharmacies throughout Arlington.
- Curative kiosks will have new operating hours beginning Mon., October 24.
- Arlington Mill Community Center: Monday-Saturday: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday: Closed
- Courthouse: Open daily: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Virginia Highlands: Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

- Nominations are now being accepted for Arlington's annual Notable Tree Awards! Nominate a tree you think is notable due to its size, age, history, uniqueness or neighborhood significance by Mon., October 31.

- Join Arlington County Police and the Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP), for a Halloween anti-drunk driving event to highlight the impact alcohol has on motor skills on Sat., October 29, at 8 p.m.
- If you see suspected incidents of financial fraud, waste, and abuse that have a negative impact on the County, you can confidentially and securely report it on the Financial Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline.
October is National Pedestrian Safety Month
 Please remember to stop for pedestrians, look both ways when crossing, maintain a safe distance from cyclists while driving, and follow all speed limits as part of the County’s Vision Zero Action Plan to eliminate severe and fatal crashes involving pedestrians.
