Permit Arlington

Update

If you've encountered a problem with Permit Arlington since the launch of Building, Trade, and Land Disturbing Activity permits on June 28, we are currently experiencing response delays due to the volume of requests for assistance.  Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve these issues and provide permits to our customers. We understand the significant impacts that delays and technical difficulties create, and we apologize that we cannot assist you sooner.

We are tracking Known Issues online and encourage you to check the webpage to see if your issue has already been reported. The webpage also includes links to additional resources and information about workarounds.

We are continuously adding more videos, PDFs, and step-by-step guidance. For resources, check the list below or visit Permit Arlington: Help
