Share your Input on the Draft Forestry and Natural Resources Plan
Arlington County would like your input on the draft Forestry and Natural Resources Plan. There are many ways to learn about the plan and share your ideas. Over the coming months, staff will be reaching out to the community to get input. Here are two ways now:
Online Draft Plan Review: Open now until October 3. Read and comment directly on the draft plan here. (Please note that the draft plan is predominately text-only so that it is easier to review the content. The final draft plan will include charts and images.)

Adopt an Arlington Tree
Arlington residents can help Arlington County's trees thrive through dry weather by participating in the County’s Adopt-A-Tree program. Trees can be adopted wherever there is access to water, such as street trees in front of homes, to help keep trees healthy and strong and to grow our tree canopy. Learn more and sign up here. Drop-In to Swim at Long Bridge!
There's nothing like a pool on a hot summer day. Lucky for you, Arlington County has one of the best pools in the DMV! Drop-in to swim at Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center. Day passes are just $9 for County residents. Learn more here. Don't want to swim? Try a drop-in fitness class instead!
