Arlington Shows Support for Sister City Ivano-Frankivsk

Arlington County Board has issued a resolution condemning Russia’s “unprovoked attack” in southwestern Ukraine. Arlington County is finding many ways to show support and solidarity for its Ukrainian sister city, Ivano-Frankivsk.

• To limit the spread of COVID-19, follow these steps if you have symptoms, if you test positive, or if you had close contact with someone who is sick

• Clarendon Sector Plan Update: After you've reviewed the materials, provide your feedback on the revised draft to the Clarendon Sector Plan update.
• Nominations for the 2022 Women of Vision Awards will continue to be accepted through Monday, Mar. 7.
• Join the South Walter Reed Drive Complete Streets Project team on Mar. 9 at 7 p.m. for a virtual community meeting to review the revised concept design.
• Participate in a virtual public meeting to learn more about the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Plan on Mar. 16 at 6:30 p.m.
• Help Arlington’s Vision Zero team learn more about local transportation safety issues and challenges by participating in Arlington’s 1st Annual Safety Feedback Form. Open now through March 28. The form is also available in Spanish, Amharic, Arabic, Mongolian, and Chinese.
