We have plenty of activities to keep you active and engaged, including virtual fitness programs, art classes and holiday events. Registration begins Wed., Nov. 17 at 10 a.m. Classes begin in December.  

 

Helpful Information

  • The 55+ Guide is digital and designed to print at home.
  • Register directly through the 55+ Guide by clicking on the class registration number beginning Wed., Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.

Registration Opens Wed., Nov. 17 @ 10 a.m.

  • A 55+ Pass is required to register. If you have questions about your 55+ Pass, call 703-228-4747 or email registration@arlingtonva.us
  • For online programs, please register at least two business days prior to the program (i.e. Thursday for a Monday activity) so we can send you the link.

The holiday season can be stressful. Reduce stress, lower your blood pressure and change lifestyle habits that sap your energy. Learn several experiential meditation techniques, such as mindfulness, breath awareness and guided meditation. Instructor: Ellen Sklaver.

New Year’s Eve Celebration

Ring in 2022 at our virtual New Year’s Party. Enjoy games and entertainment while connecting with other 55+ friends. Although we can’t meet in person, make your favorite dish and we’ll eat together. Register by Dec. 10 to receive a free party bag in time for the celebration.
