Arlington Expands Racial Equity Work

Arlington County has released two 15-year spans of its new Racial History Timeline, documenting key historical events in housing, education, community facilities, public safety, transportation, urban planning, public infrastructure, and more.

Now available: 1930-1945 and 1946-1960

Amazon Donation to Help Affordable Housing

The company's donation of $40 million in vacant land on the Crystal House Apartments site will help create more than 550 new affordable homes in the County. The agreement also gives the County the option to develop some of the units at other properties.
