Happy Parks & Recreation Month!  

Check out the calendar for something fun do every day of the month, and learn more about the many parks and recreation programs available throughout Arlington. 

The Lubber Run Community Center is now open! Join the celebration on Fri., July 9, 5-8 p.m. Then, drop by the nearby Lubber Run Amphitheater for a free concert at 8 p.m. - followed by more Amphitheater events on Saturday and Sunday, too!

ICYMI: 3 Additional Library Locations Now Open

Starting this week, Arlington residents and Library patrons now have access to five Arlington library locations — Aurora Hills, Central, Columbia Pike, Shirlington and Westover.

COVID-19 News & Notes

Arlington now offers free COVID-19 vaccinations on a walk-in basis. You can also get a COVID-19 vaccine at a location near you while you shop at a local grocery store or pharmacy. 

In Arlington, more than 128,000 people are fully vaccinated! If you know someone who is unsure about getting a COVID-19 vaccine, please share this information from the CDC about vaccine safety.
