Get Your COVID-19 Vaccine

More than 132,000 people in Arlington -- and over 4.5 million Virginians -- have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine! Anyone 12 and older is eligible for their FREE vaccine, so join the club this week at one of the Public Health clinics!

Need a bonus reason to get out and get your COVID-19 vaccine? On Wednesday (May 26), from 3-6:30 p.m., a sno-cone truck will be at Walter Reed Community Center. Free frozen treat for everyone leaving the building who can show their vaccine card!

  • Arlington County's seven-day positivity rate is at an all-time low of just 1.0%
  • The seven-day average number of daily new cases reported is just 2, the lowest it has been since the pandemic began in March 2020
  • In Virginia, the seven-day positivity rate is down to 2.8%

Free Rides to Vaccine Appointments

The ride-sharing companies Lyft and Uber are now providing free rides to anyone to and from vaccination appointments! Get details and more info at the Lyft and Uber websites
