County Opens Vaccine Clinics for Ages 12-17

Following the news that the Pfizer vaccine has been approved for children ages 12-15, Arlington County is offering a series of clinics only for ages 12-17 in hopes of getting everyone in this age group vaccinated. Next week's clinics are:

  • Tuesday, May 18-Friday, May 21: Walter Reed Community Center (2909 16th St. South), 12-8 PM; walk in or schedule Schedule an Appointment
  • Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23: Walter Reed Community Center (2909 16th St. South),9 AM-7PM; schedule only Schedule an Appointment
  • Monday, May 24: Kenmore Middle School (200 South Carlin Springs Road), 10 AM-4 PM; schedule only Schedule an Appointment

More Neighborhood Walk-In Vaccine Clinics

This week, Arlington County’s Public Health Division will host 3 more FREE walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinics for anyone eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. No appointments or Arlington residency required. 

 

The vaccine clinic at Walter Reed Community Center also will be open Monday through Friday from noon to 8 p.m. Learn more

 

Walk-In Vaccine Clinics

The County will operate neighborhood clinics on:

  • Monday, May 17: Wakefield High School (1325 S Dinwiddie St.), 5-8 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 19: Thomas Jefferson Middle School (125 S Old Glebe Road), 4-8 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 20: Hoffman-Boston Elementary School (1415 S Queen St.), 5-8 p.m.
